Sonne has good lyrics. They're good sounding, especially in German.
Feuer Frei! also.
Ich Will has a really good theme, it's against the media basically and how it glorifies sinister things.
Du Hast is also good, but it's mainstream af, so...

And Radio (gifs in my signature are from the music video of "Radio") is really good, because it shits on East Germany and its hypocrisy and censorship.

Many are saying Rammstein took lots of things from them, even the logo of R+.
Laibach is very underground though. I also listened to them. I love B Mashina.
