One of those Kelto-nordids(sloped forehead) who look corded/Proto-nordid, I agree, his nose looks corded, lips too. Reminds me of some romanian, he literally looks like him in the lips,nose,eyes and forehead, and has curly hair too, that romanian has german surname.
I'd guess him pan-northern euro(russian first, british isles second, northern swedish third)
