Is this from the Philippines? I mean, just asking since it sounds Tagalog to me, and I know a few words as well. What a bitch. She was hitting the cyclist for no apparent reason. I'm guessing that these men wearing yellow vests were traffic police officers or something, and she got enraged for not obeying traffic rules, no? Yeah, it does seem that the Chinese are extremely arrogant and ethnocentric for them in not respecting the foreign societies they are in.
