One thing that helps me control my emotions when I see things like this: the realization that these girls are brainwashed. If they'd been brought up properly, if they had been able to somehow stay out of public schools and college, they might be much different than they are now.
They're still as dangerous as they look, and people like them need to be dealt with in some fashion, but at least I can conduct myself in a calm manner.
