Is Balkanic Steppe related to Scytians?

Admixture of Thracians break up to two major components: one being native farmers of Balkans who already had been living before the Thracian invasion and the other is the people who came from Steppe. Balkanic Steppe represent the second part. It is not Scythian but culture giver Thracians, yet genetically similar to Scythians.
