Atatürk wanted that Turks are proud that they are Turks. And he wanted that they should be proud of their hole history. Turkish history didn’t start 100 years ago. I am proud of Huns, Bulgars, Göktürks, Oghuz, Kirgiz, Cumans, Kipchaks, Timurids, Uyghurs, Mamluks, Moguls, Beyliks, Ottomans, Safevids, Atatürk and more and more. Disliking people because of their political views are not democratic. Instead of the terrorist bastards every turkish party should talk and discuss with each other. No, i don't accept that. My father didn't move to such kind of country. This is new for us, too. But we will hopefully beat this very soon. New generations are much less religious and hardly erdogan opposers compared to their parents.

If someone really wants some religon, there they have ancient turkic pagan-shaman religion. There's no place in turk's country for arab's desert religion.

What you increasingly see in Europe is a move towards a European or more local (national) version of the American isolationism - and Turkey's actions will only speed up that process so Turkey can pretty much forget "ever closer ties" to the EU as the EU itself is being pulled apart by its own contradictions. The EU itself is an antiquated institution, based on globalism, where the political current is towards nationalism and isolationism.
