it 's interesting actually. i think turks are basically drifted away from european by their "west asia admixture" which actually peaks in the caucasus.

In other words, yes. We as turks have always seen as barbarians, so when we claim our ancestry, this automatically means that we're trying to establish connections with some (glorious) white race, that we don't deserve in reality.

Lol, I'm joking around, some Turks are white and some have close ties to Europe.

Anatolia + Caucasus + Iran, should we start arguing that Iran is not MENA aswell (lol)?

Anyways Genetics is not a clear cut issue I wonder when people will start to acknowledge this. The seperation between Europe and West Asia is primarily a cultural/social one imo.

Although there is a West Asian cluster and a European one at the end of the day.
