Not that I know of. Anyone that applies I think gets the benefit as far as I'm aware.

my brother got 2k or so from 600 dollars a week ( not sure exactly what it was) and they got him a job, sister got some check in the mail too for about 1 or 2k something like that. I'll ask them tomorrow morning idk the specifics
