You have vast inequality, and 60% of the territories are slums. While Kiev, Kharkiv, Odessa in Ukraine are completely clean, well-kept and not a complete shithole at least.

You have vast inequality, and 60% of the territories are slums. While Kiev, Kharkiv, Odessa in Ukraine are completely clean, well-kept and not a complete shithole at least.

Eastern Europe has still many shithole sovietic cities, but the crime rate is nothing comparable to latin american countries and as inaesthetic sovietic blocks might be, they are much better than slums/favelas.
