Well I grew up in a prosperous neighbourhood that was around 35% non-white. So probably that'll do.

Yes and no. I doubt farmers in Thailand, Nigeria or even Moldova think to themselves "gosh, I am much better off in my homogeneous community than all those Londoners, Parisians and New Yorkers."

I would call homogeneity a necessary but not sufficient condition. Lon, Par and NY are shitholes, only worth if you are rich - and when you are rich you can live almost wherever u like. Thailand and Moldova would be better as long as one has enough money for modest but decent living (for instance a car is not necessary if you live in a city, you can live in a small house as long it's clean and u don't need a lot of the shit that our consumerist society sells us). I have lived in Ukraine and I doubt those countries are in worse condition. As for Nigeria, it is racially but not really 'ethnically' homogeneous, because it is divided among rival tribes and religions.

But there's no way it's one of the most white boroughs in London. In fact it's the 14th least White borough out of the entire 32 in London and possibly even lower by this point.

It's still also got a lower percentage of whites than Hillingdon..

Anyways, i'm sure the 2021 census is going to turn a lot of heads. I estimate that by this point B&D will be more like 40-45% White if not lower.

Depends. If the non whites are muslim or Jews, around 20% is the threshold at which the situation starts getting out of control. Same goes with East Asians. In most other cases I'd say around 40%-50%.
