Maybe because serbs whitewash themselfes they say that the slightest westasian is gypsy. But many serbs look like that. They stick out in austria, go to a serb church only 3 there will be blonde.

They dont look exactly like turks or lebanese but they can give that vibe. Many serbs do, it is not neccessarily gypsy but some serbs online say that so you think that now

Actually, i dont see any Alföd/Turanid in Op (unlike in this tennisplayer, where its really obvious) and this would not make her Romani influenced looking anyway. I think she is more of a Coarse Alpine type and the eye shape coming from Dinaric because this type of eyes can be observed on them.
