Paste the kit number in "One-to-many" and then copy the email from the top match, which is his mom. Paste it into "User Lookup" and then you will see two links at the bottom for the trees.

Seems my combo of North+South places me comfortably in the Centre in terms of NE+NW.

While not necessarily very relevant due to generational distance, my paternal grandfather's village was founded by Romanian shepherd colonists from a previous border between Moldavia and Transylvania in the late 18th century. These Transylvanians themselves came from further West to colonize the border village. If there was a founder effect, it may have conserved some higher Western E. ancestry. Ofc, this is at most a supposition if you don't test the entire village.
