Also I've already always wanted to go to London or Singapore for improving my English skills via EF(Education First) programme.

London: Becuase it's an officially English-spoken city in Europe and homeland of the English language. And there are many people from different nations there. Also it's more advantageous than Singapore about improving my English
Singapore: It always took my interest. It's an English-spoken city-state in Far East and there are many different folks there which is interesting. Also it's a lot cheaper than London
