Moroccans in Spain

How does the everyday Spaniard interact with an see their Southern neighbours. Is it mostly negative or positive?
I ask this question because I never seen a region of the world see different from each other cultural yet geographically close. Religion, women in society, HDI, food cuisine, etc, its like the difference in night and day

I will be honest, it's pretty bad. Alongside sub-saharans, they are both considered the worst immigrants group in Spain, almost all criminals here belongs to these 2 ethnicities, not saying that they all are like that, just saying that almost all bad guys belong to them.

Vox view on moroccans is pretty bad too, they don't want any muslim group to continue immigrating to Spain, and i agree.

This is pretty much their reputation in all of Western Europe. I saw some eye opening stats from Holland a while ago:

- Forty percent of Moroccan immigrants in the Netherlands between the ages of 12 and 24 have been arrested, fined, charged or otherwise accused of committing a crime during the past five years

- In Dutch neighborhoods where the majority of residents are Moroccan immigrants, the youth crime rate reaches 50%

- over 60% of Moroccan youths between 17 and 23 drop out of school without even a basic qualification

- Moroccan youth unemployment in the Netherlands is around 40%

- More than 60% of Moroccan males between ages 40 and 64 live on Dutch social welfare benefits

- In the Netherlands as a whole, 50% of Moroccan males committed a crime before they turned 22, one in three are repeat offenders with more than five incidents on their police records

I imagine it's somewhat similar in Spain. Apparently the communities in Europe are mostly from the Rif mountain region which is socially backwards

Moroccans in Spain are the worst bubonic plague someone could imagine. I could post THOUSANDS of links about Moroccan criminals in Spain. They are involved in every type of criminal activity you are thinking: murders, drugs, thefts, rapes, extortion, human trafficking, settlement of scores, frauds, mistreatment, terrorist events, public disorders, agressions, etc etc etc.

Moroccans are, after Spaniards (obviously), the first ethnicity in the Spanish prisons.
Moroccans also are famous for receiving welfare payments, and abusing of it.

Nothing good can be said about them. They dont integrate at all (something I prefer, of course), they continue being Muslims, continue with their customs and traditions (gastronomy, clothes, behavior toward women...). Just because you dont kill one person every day does not mean you are integrating

Well, the same as in any other country in Europe between immigrants and natives, very punctual and exceptional.

Immigrants tend to relate to each other for the most part.

Moroccans are equally alien in Spain than in Sweden. With the difference that for sure in Sweden they would be more appreciated. Haha
