It isn't his fault, I guess there had to be some people who were taking calls first and it's their fault that they didn't recognize that they are joking. Also these pranksters have much experience so it wasn't amateur prank, they knew how to behave to not be spotted

Prankster asked him such ridiculous things like if Poland wants to takes Lvov again from Ukraine or that Trzaskowski phoned to UN Secretary and told him that he won and probably was drunk

First of all Russian accent of prankster is evident.

And yes it is Duda's fault as President administration is president thing. If idiots work there it is because of Duda. And generally after so many "pranks" in other countries they should be aware.

I listened to it, in case of Russian accent there could be some Russian journalists that would like to talk with him, such case could happen, the questions were very suspicious and indeed he should know it has to ba a joke. Anyway, I am ready to believe that some Russian journalists of right-wing site would be able to ask president if Poland would like to take Lviv again, I am very dumb and naive person.
In case of awareness, if ome things happen in one country we have to be ready for everything, in this case prank is not really danguerous, people will forget it after few weeks and remind before next elections to parlament.
In case of administration I don't know if he has time to personally choose administration, most likely they were chosen by someone else, he could just officially hire them just by signaturing some documents.
