    Post quick suggestions for improvements in health

    Try to keep these suggestions as short as possible so people can skim it fast. keep explanations down to one sentence please.


    1. Sleeping on a tatami/matted floor is overall much better for your back/neck and energy levels. Slightly worse for ankle joints, but this issue fixable potentially. It's also cheaper.

    2. If you do caffeine, mix tea and coffee. Theanine in Tea interacts with the high caffeine levels in coffee and enhances the focus aspects of caffeine without requiring very large doses of caffeine that cause a crash later. ie. one cup of tea followed by 100-150mg of caffeine in a coffee.

    3. Meats preserved in heavy salt and/or nitrates are really bad for you. Yes they taste great, but well cooked fresh meat is better. Eat fresh everything.

    4. Boil more food if you don't boil a lot of it already. When timed correctly, food is appetizing and much healthier.

    5. Don't smoke anything. When your lungs are in bad shape it is the worst feeling in the world and will mess up your whole life. Not worth "feeling cool" while smoking.

    6. Consider air quality in your house, remove dust, use an air-purifier and keep vents cleaned.

    7. Avoid using deodorant. I use baking soda every other day to remove odour and truthfully use deodorant on occasion.
