Scandinavia is Sweden, Denmark, & Norway. If it was based on blood, then the Finnish would be Scandinavian before Germans since they have more I1.
Send me dms asking me to classify you, i'll have Barbarianna of Barbaria here put a few holes in you. Then I'll take this guitar and smash it over your head.

Parts of Saxony, Schleswig Holstein and Westphalia were, in the ancient times.
But Christianization, Roman expansion and other factors made Germania to Germany.

No, Germany is not part of Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark and Norway), but Germans are genetically closer to Scandinavians than they are to Greeks.

Well actually you know that R1b-S21/U106 which is typical marker for germans is much closer at most recent common ancestor to celts -R1B-L21.
And after celts to old romans - R1B-S116.
So even if people might get quite angered here is actually possible that germans are also some kind of meds/atlantid population same with celts.

In Germany there is plenty of balto-uralic admixture from old prussians in other parts plenty of med/atlantid admixture.
So I do not think you can include germans at scandinavians as genetics.

No, it isn't, even if there is some genetic and cultural overlap between Germans and Scandinavians. From antiquity to modern times, they have developed very differently.

Not really, culturally there are a lot of common things: eating habits, art, music, mentality etc.
