mumbai , sindhis are very ethnocentric people , so they do feel connection so sindh despite being harsh past of Partition, but not to pakistan as whole , they have made big contributions to india per capita.

Its really like that in Nepal’s context bro. We’ve weird type of caste system. People only turn into Khatri caste if Brahmin marries Kshatriya woman & their whole lineage becomes Khatri. There are recently migrated Khatris as well and they tend to live in bigger cities like Kathmandu but afaik she’s not one.
