New DNA Discoveries in Newgrange and Stonehenge (Documentary)

"New discoveries in archaeology and ancient DNA have provided fascinating insights into the mysterious people who built Newgrange and Stonehenge. 2020 has seen the discovery of the world's largest prehistoric monument, a massive Mega-henge right next to Stonehenge at Durrington. A large part of that inbreeding could be the result of the Doggerland survivors only numbering a couple dozen at most, idk how they even survived really, there had to have been some tribes already there. He touches on a lot of stuff I have been saying on the forum for a while about the revival of the the HG population through the Beakers/Corded peoples. The hunter gatherers were a tiny population compared to the rest of the world, if others hadn't come they likely would have gone extinct. People assumed the HG was replaced because they were through the archaeological record for a while, but studies have shown it's only because they went through periods of resistance and then through booms of trading, cultural fusion etc. I suspect disease was a major factor in their isolation, I think once they built up immunities to the Farmer and Herder diseases they finally intermingled.

I think the HG meets Early Euro Farmer neolithic period is one of the most important yet mysterious times in human history. We may never know how they interacted. Perhaps certain HGs were venerated amoung the EEFs. It would make a great movie.
