Yep, China will replace the USA as the world's number 1 superpower. The process is even accelerated by COVID and the division in the States. Trump may be a hero for some people and I think he was definitely a better choice than Hillary, but he is losing so much geopolitical ground to China and I don't think he even pays attention to it with all the shit that's going on in his country. Trump gave TikTok 45 days to be sold to Microsoft, otherwise TikTok will be blocked throughout the United States.
Trump initially planned to simply ban TikTok, but after negotiations with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, he gave TikTok and Microsoft 45 days to reach an agreement on the sale.

The negotiations between the two business entities will be overseen by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

The wonderful free market in action. "Either you sell us a controlling stake in your business, or we will ban you and impose sanctions."
