Not comparable countries like Argentina band Brazil where there's still millions with 4 European grandparents with Mexico where almost everybody is a mestizo to a variable degree.

    Yes, you were quite accurate.
Because although the biggest minority of the population is located between 80 and 98% Euro (around 40% of the population) the average / median is around 70 to 78% Euro, so more in castizo range than properly criollo or "white".

Is Buenos Aires mainly 100% white? Based on some Argentinean novelas the locals from the background were white with many blond people.

    No.
That chart I posted is from Buenos Aires.
And those % I wrote are from it too.
Around 70% of people of the city look between white and "off white" and the other 30% look mixed.
Genetically around 20% are 99/100% euro.
And 40% are between 80 to 98% euro.
Novelas don't show the reality, most people have light skin and pred euro features but by 10 individuals, 2 are blondes in the wealthy areas.
Most people look medish since most immigrants were itańians and spaniards.

I know Mexico likes to portrayed as If Is blonder then Sweden, but I never thought was the same case for Argentina.

Anyway the blonde obsession In Latin America Is rodicolous.

Oh, I forgot to say that most people have auburn/middle brown hair.
And in many novelas even maids and butlers are as whites as the other people and the reality is different, because most of them are from far regions of the inner country, or even from Paraguay, Bolivia or Perú.
In novelas they look the same to the rest and talk with the same accent.
It's very different comparing to the reality.

Mexico is colonial with ancient miscegenation. Argentina received a lot of euro immigration and would have more euro and recent mestizos. Brazil is partly of Euro immigrants too, many euros in Southern Brazil and inland Săo Paulo State. Northeast Brazil is similar to Mexico (most of the population is mixed).
