I totally understand it. I'm just saying that eating late is not that healthy in my opinion.
In the evening most people are less active so we don't require large amounts of calories and carbohydrates for example. It puts more strain on the stomach and makes it harder for some people to sleep afterwards. Also, the unused carbohydrates are often stored in fat (on the stomach).
Of course it matters what you eat, if there are other factors then the life expectancy can be higher, this is only my opinion, in addition I agree with you.

That is early, dinner for me is more around 21:00/22:00.
It is actually kind of funny, a few nights ago I invited my neighbor across the street who moved here not too long ago from Germany to eat dinner/hangout at my house and they came at like 18:00 confused, thinking we eat dinner at that time like normal people, rude awakening I suppose, haha.
