Have you ever died in your dreams if so how often?

Yes.
Quite often.
It happens during 1-5 nights per month as usual.
But sometimes these nightmares arent exist for many weeks

I don't have such dreams often, but when I was younger, I often dreamt of my house crumbling down and then falling down the void. There might be some other ones that I don't remember.

My sister though in particular had a really violent nightmare, in which she was involved in a chase out from a man, who, ultimately, stabbed her. I remember her waking up in tears.

Dreams are very rare occurrence for me. Most end up with me gasping for air for some reason. Then I actually wake up actually gasping for air. Im left wondering with the thought of oh wow I'm alive and it was just a dream

You might have sleep apnea my friend, I would see a doctor, you might have to do an overnighter where they monitor your vitals.

I've died in my dreams many times it happens to me a few times a year.

I have died quite a bit, a few wars, a few fights, a couple monsters and chainsaw type killers and being in the crossfire a few times. Last night I took one through the wrist and heart in a riot in my dream, I was just standing in line and a guy got me.

I've had many dreams where I'm in a war, fighting, falling, etc, but never dreamed that I died.
