My arbitrary 1-10 scale:

0-1 - Australoids/SSA
2-4 - Mongoloids
4-6 - South/Central Asians
5-8 - MENA
8-10 - Continental Europeans

Most Europeans would be between 9-10.

7 - 10 would be like a native. Even some people who are native can look atypical but 7 or above is a good score to me. Even some Europeans to me would be 0 as passing in some countries. Asians and SSA/Australoids would all be 0 to me.

Anyway everyone has their own views on these sort of things and it is all subjective and depends on people's personal views.
