Yes, my mother's mother was Rana and her father was a Singh from Aligarh, India. Plus my Dad's mother was also Rana from Dhobichaur. We therefore, have indirect Thakuri blood as well through Rana links. My Paternal Grand Father would be a jhara Chettri. None of the bloods mentioned above besides. No, I have no qualms in sharing my roots.

Well, I have not done myself. But I know some procedures. First, you need to take an ancestry test on any commercial genetic testing companies like 23andme, Ancestry.com, FTDNA. You need order kits from them and provide your swab. They will provide you raw data and you can upload it in the Gedmatch to see who appears on your matchlist. You can post it to the Harappaworld project (better for South Asians). G25 co-ordinates would be better to test yourself against various ancient and modern samples online on Vahaduo runner to see what you're made up of. You can have the co-ordinates by sending a mail to Davidski (he charges sth) with your raw data. http://g25vahaduo.genetics.ovh/
@NPKTO bro can give some better suggestions.
Some South Asian (including Nepalis) Harappaworld results are posted here;

Sure, I am interested. There are others interested too. I also have not seen a single thakuri admix chart, they're so diverse. However, mine will be a blend of Chhetri, Rana, Thakuri and Indian. God knows what'll be like. I have some thakuri brothers from sudur paschim province who are interested. I think we will all try some day soon.
