Those are one of the most Celtic countries, if I put them on the list, it is obvious that they would win by far, I made a list with countries that have a state of equality or proximity.

I even dont consider them more Celtic than Spain and Portugal, which just are Celtiberian while the first would be Angloceltic.

Well neither England nor Spain and Portugal are pure Celts, the former mixed with the Anglo-Saxons and the latter mixed with the Iberians, Ireland and Wales are another story.

For the purposes of this poll, Spain. But I consider all the countries Celtic Influenced, except for Norway.

Ok, I bought you the case of Ireland because they were influenced by English Germanic and Viking, but Wales is probably the purest or almost pure Celtic country in the world in Wales there are many speakers of the Welsh language in addition almost all the Welsh culture is Celtic and is still preserved Very well, Wales was not affected by either the Anglo-Saxons or the Vikings or the Normans.

Maybe from the list Norway and Greece are the ones that have less Celtic influence, The Celtic influence of Norway comes from the Viking contacts in the British Isles and the nomads / travelers who visited Norway, with Greece it was a group of Celtic immigrants/refugees.
