Well I am referring racially, not specifically culturally.
Well, Welsh speak English last time I checked, and belongs to UK.

Racially Wales is also one of the most Celtic, and it is true that the Welsh speak English, but in Wales Welsh is spoken in approximately 30% (there are people who speak it as a first language) something surprising because almost all the Celtic languages are extinct or in danger, the Irish or Scottish Gaelic languages are not spoken as much and better do not refer to the other Celtic languages that are already dead.

The west coast of Norway has some Celtic influence. Some Irish people made it there but not a lot of them.

    Germany.

Southern Germany is heavily Celtic genetically, and part of the Celtic homeland. Parts of the Netherlands are also heavily Celtic.

How celtic are Swiss Italians and North Italians genetically? Like 60%? 80%?

I was about to open a thread to ask this question because Vahaduo K13 models me as Belarusian+Swiss Italian+Balkan, when I remove swiss italian from the source I get north italians instead. Maybe my keltic admixture was picked up as "7.5% Scottish/Irish/Welsh" on my myheritage result.
