I ignored the British Isles and France for a reason, they are the countries with the most Celtic influence. The idea was to locate the countries that followed after them.

Iberia was voted for its strong influence from the Celtiberians.

I think you misunderstood my comment, I wasn't saying that Iberia didn't have any Celtic influence, it was his comment about not considering Ireland/Scotland/Wales/Brittany as anymore Celtic than Portugal or Spain that I took issue with, as it is a ridiculous comment for the simple fact that unlike Iberia, Celtic culture and language is still alive in Ireland/Scotland/Wales/Brittany.

Anyway, I say Germany, much of what is now western and southern Germany was Gaulish territory.

If France was an option everyone would say that, and the mostly Gaulish French overlap heavily with SW Germans (hence the French & German category on 23andme).
Yes, if later invasions didn't happened (romans, germanic tribes moving, and others) which would change the landscape. But ok, it's a way of measuring it. I really had no idea how people were voting.

As for culture, apart from the dying languages in the british isles, i would say it's dead.

Based on the latest Hallstatt Celt and La Tène samples modern Iberians, Frenchmen and North Italians are the closest genetically. Culturally I think that Iberian and French culture (at least the west of France) seem to have more Celtic elements than that of North Italy which seems to be more Germanic influenced.

Doesn't mean a lot even if true, Sardinians are the closest genetically to Globular Amphora/Funnelbeaker Culture people, but it was NW Europeans they influenced most.

what's celtic about your portuguese culture ? You are heavily latinized stop lurking as a celtic warrior. Also by looking at la tène's dna they were certainly not as dark as you. Now we have brazilian looking portuguese lurking as celts
