I think you misunderstood my comment, I wasn't saying that Iberia didn't have any Celtic influence, it was his comment about not considering Ireland/Scotland/Wales/Brittany as anymore Celtic than Portugal or Spain that I took issue with, as it is a ridiculous comment for the simple fact that unlike Iberia, Celtic culture and language is still alive in Ireland/Scotland/Wales/Brittany.
Anyway, I say Germany, much of what is now western and southern Germany was Gaulish territory.

Yes, if later invasions didn't happened (romans, germanic tribes moving, and others) which would change the landscape. But ok, it's a way of measuring it. I really had no idea how people were voting.
As for culture, apart from the dying languages in the british isles, i would say it's dead.

Based on the latest Hallstatt Celt and La Tène samples modern Iberians, Frenchmen and North Italians are the closest genetically. Culturally I think that Iberian and French culture (at least the west of France) seem to have more Celtic elements than that of North Italy which seems to be more Germanic influenced.
