What is your feeling towards male victims of domestic violence?

A few weeks ago, I listened to a discussion on BBC Radio Four, where it was reported that fully one third of domestic violence victims in the UK are actually male. Therefore, what is your feeling towards male victims of domestic violence?

(1) They are victims who deserve our sympathy, support and solidarity.
(2) They are pathetic weaklings who frankly deserve everything they get.

Well they are not really being men enough, but at the same time if they even try to defend they would be immediatelly taken to the jail for domestic violence which is pretty ironic.
This is also because women don't act like women anymore, a lot of swearing and respect is absent.

Before we have not made clear what constitutes domestic violence, voting for any of these options would be pointless.

If it's about a woman cutting your penis off and flushing it down the sink (happened before) - that guy not only deserves our sympathy, that "woman" also deserves the capital punishment.

On the other hand, a guy crying about his girlfriend yelling at him-no sympathy here. He shall man up and kick her out or leave her in an instant.

I find it highly ridiculous and hipocritical that society accepts females slapping males but at the same time men hitting back is unacceptable. This shit is also promoted in movies.
