How do you separate Mestizos from Tri-Racials? What is the SSA cutoff point?

If someone is 72.5% euro, 15% african and 12.5% amerindian, this person is clearly euro trirracial and also euro pardo.

Black brazilians score on average 40/45/50% african, 45/40/35% euro and 20/25% amerindian and they are considered black lol

I have always wondered where the cut off point for tri-ethnics would be. I usually score between 6% and 8% SSA. I think it shows in my nose, my mouth, and down there lol. I have straight hair and the typical skin color of Latinos, though.

SSA strongly reflected in phenotype: usually above 20%. Maybe > 15% could be used as the cutoff point at most. Usually people who are around 10% SSA don't really show strong SSA phenotypical traits.

This I’m pretty sure my mother is around 10% SSA but it doesn’t really show up in her phenotype. She looks much more native and euro.

According to 23andme I am 9% native and got like 5% of unassigned which is mostly MENA with some SSA. So at the end I am probably 65% caucasoide, 25% SSA and 10% native. Do I look triracial? No.

What are your GEDmatch results? Eurogenes k15. I'm similar to you, around 60% caucasoid, 30% NA, 10% SSA (rounding it up).

I guess around the 10 to the 1/8 region. For example I am 66% euro, 13% NA and 11.8% Ssa, that makes me a trracial
