I just checked many Modern Balkan samples with this Sorcelow model. I get more West Asian than all of the Balkan samples, even more than the Albanian or Bulgarian, only some Southern Greek samples get more West Asian than me. So at this point Romanians and Hungarians are out of question since those populations get even lower West Asian.

I really don't know what's going on here, I believe it can be explained with the Conquering or a Turkic ancestor who carried West Asian and it was preserved in my father? Maybe.
Well, let's examine what Davidski said,

"You do have a bit of West Asian ancestry, and it's probably connected to your minor East Asian ancestry.
I'd say that what you're seeing there is actually some sort of Central Asian or far Eastern European ancestry. Something Tatar-like
    ."

Okay, so you already have higher West Asian due to your Balkanic autosomal. Add to that this Central Asian/far EE ancestry. So you have the standard Balkanic West Asian ancestry + your bit of xtra (Tatar-like) getting lumped together on some of these calcs, making a larger total % perhaps? And you also have some minor East Asian on top of that.

So I don't see why your West Asian needs to be recent. The West Asian already embedded in the Balkans is old. Greeks, who have as much as you or more, it's old. You have additional Central Asian, could be old too. You have minor East Asian, Dunai does too, and Turul Karom - all likely old. Recombined and passed down for many generations probably.

Anyway, I'm just thinking aloud, talking out my ass really - I am FAR from an expert or geneticist. Just trying to explore this a little, really I just don't know the answer.

I have heard from you and others about Armenians in Hungary, I would assume that might represent a more recent avenue for you to have acquired this DNA.

I just took the test and it seems mostly accurate except it says I'm 5% Tatar. Other than that it says I'm 95% NorthWest European i.e. Orcadian, Scottish, French, English.

Was it accurate for those who bought it? Let's hear your opinion!
Not really tbh, Kurd's calculators (their creator, also the guy behind Gedrosia calculators on GEDmatch) are famous for their noise. I remember taking it when it first came out. In my case, apart from assigning Scandinavian and then having to balance that with Greek-Albanian and West Asian, it turns out not that bad. However, it's still worse than Eurogenes, Dodecad and Global 25 runs. Heck, even puntDNAL gets it better.

Your Siberian/East Asian is interesting, because it comes with West Asian, which might indicate some kind of Tatar/Steppic ancestry. Though we obviously can't know if the two of them are connected and derive from the same source.
For me, the Siberian/East Asian is always decoupled, making things more confusing since it's harder to guess the source.
I suppose you've already looked on MyHeritage for Tatar, Turkish, Central Asian, Caucasian matches, but with no luck? If that's the case, then it's likelier derived from an old source, which somehow survived due to the particular mix in one of your ancestor's villages.

Not really true. Stears gets high west Asian on gedmatch, probably more than you (not sure how much you get on K13). It's probably from your Szekely/Balkan ancestry.
I also get high west asian everywhere but have no matches which means it isn't recent.

Ex user Hrvoje does too, and he is genetically highly central European. I don't think it means anything specific to be honest.

10.5% compared to Stears' 11%; the highest Transylvanian Hungarian value is at 12.7% in my spreadsheet.
