Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live.
Even if this were hard--that is how it is ! Assuredly, however, by far the harder fate is that which strikes the man who thinks he can overcome Nature, but in the last analysis only mocks her. Distress, misfortune, and diseases are her answer.

They have a German/Austrian look. They can also pass in NW Europe.

Bah, I never did take that photo down. Any other takers, even though I did reveal they’re German?
I only ever had this photo of my G Grandfather. The man was born just after the American Civil War.
My G Grandmothers paternal side I am not sure exactly from where they cane, but their German surname is sometimes found in the Alsace and I always thought her and her brother had a very French-like look. My g g uncle’s name also was Maurice. A document had her mother as being born in “Lauenburg”. Could be multiple places.

That's interesting how my G Grandmother keeps getting described in rather far Western European terms (for the most part). Her maiden name was Wetzel, which suggests Bohemian (maybe even Sorbian?) roots- rest of her ancestry I think is from Sleswig-Holstein or Meck-Pomm.
Any other thoughts, fellow Apricians?

Yeah, it's right, he's Norid-Baltid and G g mother looks north atlantid brunn. Faelids share similarities with brunns, in the jaw shape, but brunns have got lower bigonial but the same look, only longer jaw length, making the face appear robust and long, instead of square like it's in faelids.
I don't know about keltic, if there's it's maybe minor. Some Germans can have NW brunn look. It's a shared type in that area of Europe.
