I'm sure it's a typical rate of the general white population. The vast majority of Spanish speakers in the US are not full Spanish though so it might be tough find a critical mass of pure Spaniards in the US. I think Tampa historically had a large Spanish population along with pockets of California, Texas, New Mexico, Hawaii etc but I bet a lot of these people have mixed with other Americans over the decades.
