Invited ? It seems that they wear the same emblems that local military personal, see their hats.

Commonly invited from other countries military used to wear their own country´s emblems and uniforms.

Yes you are right, I heard that these African countries hire Ukrainian mercenaries (some are pilots). Consultants are obviously in need, but I don't think they're doing it.
