What if this life (on Earth) is just some kind of test where God purposely gave us free will so everyone can be judged at some point? About cancers and other diseases I think it's mostly our guilty: way of life, bad food, alcohol, etc...

Cancer is mostly because of unfortunate genetic combinations and oxidative stress probably. So not necessarily one's own fault.

God tests us, there is no free lunch even with God. God is with the needy, sick, abused they are blessed to only have to suffer a short while in return for eternal life and comfort. We all have our cross to bear and those that don't you have to question their soul. When I see people like Jeff Bezos I don't see a blessed man, I see a cursed man, a man who has purchased hell for a small bit of pleasure and power in a temporary world.
Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live.

Even if this were hard--that is how it is ! Assuredly, however, by far the harder fate is that which strikes the man who thinks he can overcome Nature, but in the last analysis only mocks her. Distress, misfortune, and diseases are her answer.

Tribes that live hunter-gatherer life style to this day barely get any cancer, which shows genetics are overrated when it comes to cancer. Humans also get much more cancer than only 100-200 years ago, because at the time there was less civilization. Cancer is a disease that correlates with civilization/modernity; people nowadays have shitty unnatural diets (sugar, alcohol, excess carbs in general, obesity etc), also lack of physical activity, low vitamin-d levels (because people spend most of the time inside and when they go outside they're fully covered by clothes) and many other vitamin/nutrient deficiencies. The guilt is collective though, not individual. Personally I also blame the money hungry pharma lobby who finance and control doctors to mislead the populace on certain issues.

There are some types of cancers and other diseases that have nothing to do with our lifestyles.

And what about all the atrocities made by humans?

I don't, and no one else does atm... in fact, denying the existence of a God is as pointless as denying the existence of human consciousness or mind. We may not be able to measure the mind or consciousness but it is there... so why can't God? Our understanding of these things are in its infancy. It is a noble reason I undeniably respect Christianity, follow its catholic culture, while I also listen openly to its beliefs.
    You are agnostic?

You might be right, I'm not expert in medicine so I can't claim that I am 100% right but I do believe that lifestyle affect our health a lot.

As I said, everyone have free will to do and live how he thinks is right. After death (or maybe on Judgment day) God will judge to everyone and everyone will get what he deserved or better to say how he/she behaved in this life. Those who did nasty shits like Hitler and Stalin (I'm using them as examples since they are biggest monsters in human history most likely) will be damned for eternity. Those who lived modest life trying to not harm anyone will be blessed and all their sacrifice will be rewarded. That's what I believe.

If God does not exist, how do they explain paranormal events and react when God is summoned?

There are probably a lot of other things that won't seem logical to you, doesn't mean there isn't a logical explanation beyond your comprehension.
