It is actually up to you. You might prefer to identify with any you have. You are a mix of Balkanic, Turkic, and Slavic if that's what you are asking. Ancestry is the region you are from. And your Y-DNA is I-L621.So in the end, what does this all mean, and how should I fill out Y-DNA, Meta-Ethnicty, ancestry etc?
Settings -> Permission GroupsAnother question, how do you get those little logos you have on top of your profile pictures? i.e Helenic, Turkic etc

Oruzlar is Povet, Dongular is Zornitsa. The sample I posted which you are closest to is from Zornitsa. That's pretty much bingo.
There are two major genetic groups among Bulgarian Turks: Ludogorie and Rhodope. Nearby of Arda River shows the features of being transitional between these two groups. You belong to this group too, no surprise here.
For mt-DNA, try this tool: https://dna.jameslick.com/mthap/
There is also another DNA tool that works like Gedmatch. You might want to try it: (have to download) https://dnagenics.com/admixture-studio/
If you try it please post oracle results from Eurogenes K13 updated, Dodecad K12b updated, and Eurogenes K10.

You have decent oracle results in three of these calculators, they should make understanding of your general admixture breakdown clear, did they?
In my experience community tools are always better than private ones. In fact, I'm the person who supplied these Balkan Turk, Pomak, Bulgarian samples to these community calculators. So if you have any questions feel free to ask.Funny how you get much closer matches with community tools than private ones.
