Usualmente los detecto porque parecen criollos pero hay algo que los delata que no lo son
Y tampoco parecen castizos(blancos hispanoamericanos continentales), los dominicanos blancos, buena parte de los cubanos, boricuas y brasileños blancos
tiene un aspecto particular de solo ellos, tambien se puede dar aveces en algunos panameños, ticos, colombianos y venezonalos de la costa blancos pero estos casi siempre suelen ser castizos

Even if it may be true that the average European percentage in each group is similar, this very wrongly assumes that it would be distributed evenly among the respective populations. It could well be the case that there are more Whites/near-Whites in Chile, along with some pure/near-pure Mapuches. After all, Chile did receive a lot of immigration from Spain, Italy, Croatia, Poland, France, UK, Germany etc, even if not to the extent of Argentina or Southern Brazil.

In % Chile recived more croatians, english and germans (from Germany, since Argentina recived the most volgian ones). And I can add palestinians.
Of course the rest of the groups, Argentina recived more, and even more Brazil in the case of germans (in this case pomeranians).
If we consider all people from the British Islands, the % is similar, since although Chile recived more english and scottish, Argentina recived far more irish and welsh.

He visto casos de mestizos peruanos, ecuatorianos y mexicanos del norte y centro que incluso podrían pasar como cubanos o dominicanos

Exacto, pasa lo mismo en Pasto con algunos mestizos de mezcla Andid, pero es menos común en el resto de Colombia, en especial donde hay mezcla Amazonid.
