I have been to Chile for one month and I've seen only one person that looked fully Amerindian. It was a maid in a rich family of Santiago.

Chile is like ~60% european in general admixture. Fully europeans or quasi-europeans might be less than the 15% of the chilean population.

In South America, only whiter than the Andes Axis (Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru). Tho whites are overrepresented in the elites and upper classes.

Northern European appearances are mostly found in the upper class and to a lesser extent in middle class.
Here is study that shows Santiago chile neighborhoods by european admixture. One neighborhood is 80% euro which is high.
Idk man but for people who haven't seen that many mestizos it can hard to tell a castizos 70-85 european admixture apart from a white. Even some harnizos too who are 60-70% European
Edited the map also includes some places from Chile
