How white is Chile?

That chart how are =/= places in Chile genetically talking.

Yup, 60%, but several studies have shown up to 80%. That's as far as the general population is taken into consideration. Plus, as far as only the white population is specifically concerned, I think it's more than 75% European on average.

Yeah, it can be quite deceiving. But from the white Chileans I saw in particular, none of them seemed to have any Amerindian features. That tells a lot, and in particular, that their Amerindian admixture is lower than 15% for sure.

80% is being more euro than Argentina and almost equally to Uruguay. It would be unthinkable my friend. Chile is almost 0% negro, and that's why you can't find dark people there, but that 80% is not possible.

Yup, in general it isn't 80%, but maybe close to that. But I'm only specifically talking about the population that is identified as white. Amongst white Chileans, the European genetic consistency must be over 80%.

If your going by the census that Chile is over 50% white then it is inaccurate. As a Chilean user named Costas who used to post here; said people with light skin identified as white in the census.
