Most Arabs are muslims so just going by stats, I'd choose Han Chinese.

I was about to say Arabs, but you've posted Yao Ming and you've broke the ice damn.

Well to more serious note, Arabs are imo much more sociable and friendlier. But they also can be very stubborn and bad.
Chinese for me look too serious, nerdy, not very clean and introvert. On the other hand they are very calm and nice.
Well to sum it up, I would rather hang out with Middle-Easterners rather than Chinese guys.

I actually think in the future we will have more and more conflict with the chinese,the arabs are muslims but europeans are christians (mostly) and islam and christianity are both abrahamic while the chinese are totally alien buddhists who eat rats :S
