I didn't mean young necessarily, I meant that fat makes people look younger.

People think you are younger because you have a fat, round, effeminate face. The less masculine/angular your facial features are, the more childlike/younger you look. It's more about genetics and disposition, but low body fat percentage combined with lean mass makes ones face look younger and sexier. So there's literally no excuse to being fat.

I have a heart shaped face, and my skin is still youthful with a good youthful glow, with not much in the way of lines and wrinkles. This is what most 40 year olds (my age) should look like in relative to their age. In other words, you shouldn't age much between 30 and 40 years of age. Rapid ageing doesn't really start until after age 65, with every 5 year increment showing more noticeable signs. So you are wrong on all accounts. My face is a good blend of Alpine and Atlantid features.

Regarding face shapes, if anything an Oval face would show ageing much more sooner, than other shapes. It isn't more "balanced" it is just plain with no determining factors, (high cheek bones are rare with Oval face shapes) and what really determines ageing is the quality of skin tone and the hue of the skin, not the face shape. In general, Alpines like myself would age much better than Nordids. But I also have Atlantid features. My face is very balanced features wise. Perhaps you have an Oval face (boring) shape and that is what suits you.

Jude Law has an oval face shape. He's not even 50 and he looks like this:

Perhaps it was more oval Whan he was younger but now at 50 it looks almost typically oblong. This isn't an exact science by the way as many factors come into play when guessing how old someone looks, but oval face shapes do tend to age slightly better on average. My face shape isn't oval by the way, it is heart. And I don't think yours is heart, it is simply round. You are just getting some slight lense distortion which is pointing out your chin. And even so I would still say it is predominantly a round shape. Heart face shapes have narrow jaws and chins, your jaw is not narrow. I have seen you in motion, your face shape is clearly predominantly round.

I noticed that the leaner people become, the older they start to look. Perhaps this could be due to a gradual deterioration of the collagen. Lean people often have lines and wrinkles, way before their time.. Just look at David Gandy who's barely not even 40 years of age!

By contrast, fat people have skin that glows and cherub cheeks that look baby fresh. I wonder why people think fat makes us look older, because I find the opposite to be true. What do Y'all think ?

There are many women (in particular) that have a lot of babyfat on them that they lose as adults. Serbian retired tennis player Ana Ivanović springs to my mind when I thought about it.

Nope, face shape will do nothing for you if you have bad skin. Its about skin the first sign of ageing. Its not face shape or anything else. Also, Jude Law has an Oval face, not oblong.
