Btw, plains Indians were giants compared to Europeans when they first discovered North America. Probably due to much higher meat consumption.

Right, my maternal grandfather was a similar type, Dinarid-Med and he was around 184 cm tall or roughly 6 ft. I would consider that tall or taller than average (not in the Balkans of course).

Tallest young people in Europe and possibly the world live in southern Croatia. And that is Med coast so southern European as it gets.
