DHT has no effect on muscles even though it is a more potent form of testosterone, yes.
While high levels of DHT are not that desirable you simply must not block it. It has a purpose. You might as well take it up the ass. I guess DHT blockers raise testosterone a bit because they prevent testosterone from turning into DHT.
At least use inhibitors (they diminish it) and not blockers if there are such substances.
