Atlantids(paelo and atlanto-meds), Berids, Alpines and Baskids seem to be the most common phenotypes here while Brunns and Kelto-Nordids are also found as well.

All of them look European to me, but there are some types which might have North African influences. This is not something uncommon, just like in Eastern Europe where you can find people with East Asian influence.
Like maybe Emilio de Justo or Pepe Moral, but this is only my guess. They look like Europeans, I'm just saying they can have other influences which is common especially in Southern and Eastern Europe.
You can also see there are Southern Europeans who score some North African or Levantine in different calculators and there are Eastern Europeans who score East Asian and sometimes you can see this influence on some people.

I'd say that Southern Italians, esp Sicilians, and Aegean Greek Islanders have the most Levantine and Caucasian influence in all of Europe which is why they cluster very closely with western Jews than to 95% of other Europeans. The MENA influence in Iberia is weak really, and a lot of it seems to stem from the neolithic period than say recently for example. Iberians are genetically modelled as half neolithic Iberians half Dutch Bell Beakers which is why you can find phenotypes among the Spaniards here that resemble the phenotypes of the British Isles which 90% of their genome stems from the Bell Beaker culture that mostly displaced the native neolithic Brits that had built stonehenge.
