Tradition, culture, the vibe, alright you might argue that both people are in Mediterranean zone so they look kind of similar, but Spanish are more social than Greeks.

idk I've never been to spain but from what I've seen yes it looks similar and imo i think greeks, italians, and iberians are pretty similar culturally so yeah
