Probably depends on Mexico and south America for me, if I am moving somewhere I am moving to place with way less humidity than I already have. Good list though.

To be honest, we have so many great places to move in US. Tons of land and tons of remote locations if you want to get away from the riffraff. Much of it is affordable if you don't mind being away from job centers. Also depends on if you can tolerate cold weather climates which make up much of the country.
