Native English speakers: Do you pronounce Chicago as Chicago or Shicago?

The first time I heard Arkansas pronounced (Arkansaw) I was surprised because I expected it to be pronounced like Kansas.

There was somewhat of a big debate over it in the past. What basically ended up happening was the senator promoting the "ar-kan-saw" pronunciation won against the senator promoting the "ar-kan-zis" pronunciation in 1881 when he became governor and made that the official pronunciation. But it was mostly pronounced like that before from when the US got the territory from France.

Well Los Angeles and other toponyms are of Spanish origin, but they're not pronounced in the spanish way.
