Something strange happened to me. Yesterday after work out session in the gym I weighed myself (didn't do it for long time) and to my suprise I am at my heaviest ever, at 58kg. I never crossed 55 kg before, my usual weight has been standard 53 kg. It was pretty big shock to me because I have never been fit like now and going to gym regulary for last half a year, plus swimming etc.

Than I measured body fat percentage and it dropped significantly. I guess I gained 5 kg of muscle mass.
My point is you can be fatter with lower weight and more lean with higher weight.

I'll still drop few ponds most likely as I don't want to bulk up too much.

If she's 170 cm + over 70-75 kg because she's that muscular it's even worse.

Everything is very individual. Sometimes a person with a height of 180 needs to weigh more than 76.
At 17-18 years old, my height was 183 cm and I weighed about 83 kg plus or minus 1-2 kilograms. And I looked very thin.

I'm 180 cm and 80 kg and even I feel like I'm overweight, and I am technically overweight according to BMI. BMI says a 180cm male should be 76 kg or below.
A 170cm female shouldn't weigh more than 70-75 kg.

Bmi is wrong if you dont have a body of a 13 year old with zero muscles. Bodyfat percentage is the more accurate measure.
