Croats would probably think they are Ukrainian or similar if they saw them in here. Other than that I see few classic Romanian types here and there.

I agree what they are East Slavic influenced, but they are too dark as a group to pass as Ukrainians, most of them have brown and dark brown hair, some of them even black. And you are right about brachycephaly, alpinoid influence is very visible, I am surprised how homogenous they look because of this.

Yes, Moldovans are the same people as Romanians, although they have slightly more East Slavic influence than average Romanian.

Just I think they would be guessed as group from eastern Europe and not Balkans, because they look very different to Balkanites in overall.
