Civilization states

China, Russia, Iran, Turkey are considered civilization states as they not only represent a nation or an ethnicity, they also represent very strong civilizational heritages. There isn't a civilization state in Europe. European countries are petty ethnic nations. The only possible candidates for a European civilization state could be Italy and the UK as the successors of Western Rome and the British free-market capitalist colonial empire. Maybe Italy should unify the old Western Roman lands again and create a new country. But then, would Greece and the other Orthodox countries in Eastern Europe have to join Russia? EE countries wouldn't want to join Russia, but what civilization do they represent? They belong in Eastern Rome, which Russia represents.

Since social liberalism and egalitarian practices can't stand the test of time, especially against more traditional and authoritarian powers, WE will be doomed sooner or later. I'm betting that the USA will split in some way. If WE wants to survive, it needs to come up with a new civilization state that should claim the Western heritage. And the EE countries should make up their minds about where they want to position themselves, you can't eat your cake and have it too. I'm guessing, after the 2070s, when WE is overtaken by Muslims and becomes a socialist cesspool of left-liberal elites, and the USA is split into two countries, much of the Western Europeans will have migrated to North America and South America. In North America, the British free-market tradition would reign in one of the post-US countries, the other one would become more like Canada and WE; more Muslims and more socialism. In South America, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay would get rid of socialism, form an alliance of some sort and emerge as strong free-market economies, and claim the heritage of Western Rome. Russia would eventually invade EE, because when Turkey becomes the neo-Ottoman state, the Balkan countries will probably beg Russia to stop Turkey. History repeats itself.

China is the result of a cultural revolution, China also has completely destroyed the Han/Central cultures and working hard to destroy all the other Chinese cultures. Turkey is the same way, they have destroyed their culture for a secular culture and only currently use Islam for political purposes. Iran is a religious dictatorship and Russia is a patchwork of cultures too, Russia is the most preservationist but they already went through what the Chinese did, they are slowly rebuilding their individual cultures. Also Russia is in Europe. The Russian Church is also highly politicized, not saying that is a bad thing; but it has caused a schism with other Orthodox peoples somewhat.
